Filling out your consent form for vaccines not only saves YOU time when you get here, but helps us plan better for your arrival to have the correct dose for you ready when you get here. Your form will be sent to us electronically, so you don't have to print anything out.
COVID Vaccine
Eligibility
- Everybody aged 12+
- Children ages 6-12 may be eligible, but must get vaccinated elsewhere as we do not stock the pediatric COVID vaccine
RSV Vaccine
Eligibility
- Everybody aged 75+
- Those aged 50-74 with underlying conditions
- PLEASE NOTE: this is a ONCE PER LIFETIME vaccination, so if you've gotten it before you do not need another.
Flu Vaccine

- All ages! See below for specific availability
Availability
- Regular (for all aged 12+, for ages 6-12 please call to coordinate)
- High dose (for ages 65+)
- Egg free (for those with egg allergies)
